There is a bar at the Hilton, Dado's, I think, that has the reputation for the best char-grilled oysters in NOLA. That reputation is overstated! The very best char-grilled oysters were to be found at the Acme Oyster House in the Quarter! And they are cheaper! And you can sit/stand at the bar and watch 'em fix 'em!
